Things To Do in Nearby San Francisco
Just a 30 minute drive away, San Francisco has all the arts and culture, recreation, shopping, dining and attractions you could ask for. Visit Golden Gate Park or Pier 39. Downtown Redwood City
Redwood City is located in the Bay Area, 25 miles south of San Francisco and about 27 miles north of San Jose. Located close to Menlo Park and Palo Alto, the city's newly revitalized downtown features a 20-screen theatre complex surrounded by boutique shops, unique restaurants with outdoor seating and beautiful walk ways and courtyard areas.
In addition, a section of the historical courthouse on Broadway was torn down and replaced by a courtyard flanked by water fountains leading to the main steps of the courthouse. At night, the courthouse's glass dome is lit and changes colors every 20 seconds.
